Tochukwu Ojogwu better known by his stage name Odumodublvck is a Nigerian rapper whose trial has been postponed until November 26 2025 by the Federal Capital Territorys High Court in Life Camp Abuja. The adjournment comes after the artist was accused of assault and battery in a civil suit brought against him by fellow musician and photographer Levi Ogbogiri better known by his stage name Kraziecent. Justice J. O. E. Following hearing arguments from both attorneys Adeyemi-Ajayi decided on the new date.

The court was told by the claimants attorney Uchenna Ojembe that Odumodublvck had received all pertinent documents but had not yet replied. The adjournment was caused by Sheriff Bello the defendants attorney who responded by asking for more time to adequately prepare his defense. The case is based on an alleged altercation that occurred on December 16 2024 at a public event.

Kraziecent claims that the rapper attacked him while he was filming videos without warning. The claimants iPhone 15 Pro Max was damaged and there were physical injuries and psychological distress as a result of the incident according to court documents. Kraziecent is requesting reimbursement for his damaged phone emotional distress and medical expenses. A public apology from Odumodublvck is also something he is asking to be shared on social media and in national newspapers.

Furthermore he has requested that the court grant a permanent injunction that would prevent the rapper and his associates from engaging in any more forms of intimidation or harassment. As the case approaches its upcoming hearing date in late November neither Odumodublvck nor his legal team have made any public remarks.
