In a blistering social media post Nigerian dancehall singer Cynthia Morgan rekindled her long-running conflict with Jude Okoye the head of her former record label. Jude the older brother of Peter and Paul Okoye a musical duo had just posted a mysterious message about how he had been deceived by those he had once backed after they became famous and wealthy.

Online reactions to the statement were swift and his brother Peters scathing reply in which he denied ever having Judes assistance and denounced the post.

During her tenure under Jude Okoyes label Northside Entertainment Cynthia Morgan added her voice to the discussion by publicly accusing him of financial exploitation and dishonesty. She conveyed her disappointment in her message claiming that Jude had been avoiding in-person interactions and continuously disparaging her behind closed doors since their fallout in 2016.

 

She wrote: “All youve done since 2016 is talk behind my back Judeengees. Every attempt to meet you face-to-face has been unsuccessful. It is no secret that I am disappointed in you and I am aware that you are also disappointed in yourself. However you see I have already suffered the consequences of my own demise for sowing in flesh and you will also suffer the consequences of using dishonesty to withhold such earnings. God cannot be made fun of as we are all aware.”

Since then Cynthia Morgans post has generated new conversations on social media with fans and industry insiders offering their opinions on the singers rekindled conflict with her former label head.
